Electricity - Dana Porter Library - February 19
Where is this happening?
The entire Dana Porter Library building will be affected.
What is happening?
Electricty will be shut off in the Dana Porter Library to install new high voltage cables. Emergency power will not be affected.
When is this happening?
Friday February 19, 2021 from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
How does this affect the UW community?
Power door operators and elevators will be out of service during this time. Individuals who require use of this equipment to access the building should make alternate arrangements.
Computer equipment should be shut down in an orderly fashion (particularly UNIX systems.) For further information or assistance, contact the IST Service Desk, helpdesk@uwaterloo.ca, ext. 84357.
