Electrical shutdown of normal power at Dana Porter Library (08)
Reason: ESA Inspection of new high voltage cable
When is this happening?
Duration of Work : Saturday May 8, 2021 10:00 am – 12:00 pm – 2 hr
How does this affect the UW community?
Building will be without normal power during the work.
Power door operators and elevators will be out of service during this time. Individuals who require use of this equipment to access the building should make alternate arrangements.
Computer equipment should be shut down in an orderly fashion (particularly UNIX systems.) For further information or assistance, contact the IST Service Desk, helpdesk@uwaterloo.ca, ext. 44357.
