Electrical shutdown of Math and Computer.
When is this happening?
May, 15, 2021 7:00 am - 11:00 am (4 hours)
How does this affect the UW community?
Entire building will be without power for 4 hours. Emergency power and generators will be running.
Power door operators and elevators will be out of service during this time. Individuals who require use of this equipment to access the building should make alternate arrangements.
Computer equipment should be shut down in an orderly fashion (particularly UNIX systems.) For further information or assistance, contact the IST Service Desk, helpdesk@uwaterloo.ca, ext. 44357.
